RETENTION SPECIALIST.
Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing Sales team. YOUR ROLE.
As the Retention Specialist within the Sales Department, you will be responsible for calling existing BMW & MINI customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and ensuring long term customer satisfaction and finance retention.
The main duties of the role include:
Proactively call existing Financial Service customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and to navigate renewal options
Maintain the BMW and MINI finance retention performance at 60% and above
Arrange mail shots to existing BMW FS customers including Mid Term & End of Term customers
Meet & greet BMW & MINI Financial Services customers where contact has been made to introduce the Retail Manager/Sales Team
Manage and update the retention database
Produce weekly report to Retail Manager regarding retention activity to include calls made, appointments made, and sales converted.
YOUR PROFILE.
Enjoys assisting customers on the phone, building trust and relationships whilst problem solving.
Passion for customer service and is professional.
Driven with a sales focus and ability to work towards targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate IT and Microsoft skills with strong administration ability
Proven experience of working in a similar role preferable in customer retention, or sales within the automotive industry

SALARY AND HOURS.
Basic Salary £30,450 OTE £48,000 per annum, with a Company Car
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6pm
