We’re one of the UK’s largest MINI retailers, just off the M25, and we’ve just opened our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art showroom. With an impressive range of new and pre‑loved MINIs and rapid business growth, we’re expanding our successful sales team.

YOUR ROLE.
As a MINI Sales Expert you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, seamlessly blending online and offline experiences to ensure every customer finds their perfect MINI. From responding to enquiries and welcoming guests to showcasing the latest MINI models and technology, you’ll guide the customer through every step of the entire sales process—from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery.
The main duties of the role include:
You’ll provide expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs).
Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade-in valuations.
Manage the timely and precise processing of sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details.
Ensure every customer enjoys a thorough handover, including a full video walkthrough before collection.

Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales
Enjoy following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure
Well-organised with excellent diary management and timely follow-ups
Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly.

SALARY AND HOURS.
Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000 + with a Company Car
Woking hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week) and Sundays on a rota basis (1 in 13).
