THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

· Providing expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs)

· Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets.

· Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade-in valuations.

· Manage the timely and precise processing of sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details.

· Ensure every customer enjoys a thorough handover, including a full video walkthrough before collection.

YOUR PROFILE.

· Previous automotive sales experience is preferred

· Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

· Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

· Well organised with strong administration and diary management skills

· Able to work efficiently under pressure while following processes accurately

· Skilled at building rapport, earning customer trust, and resolving queries professionally

· Professional, enthusiastic, and well presented

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.

· Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000

· Company Car (subject to insurance policy eligibility)

· Monday to Friday plus every Saturday, with a day off during the week

· Closed on Sundays, supporting a better work-life balance
