THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to email, live chat, online, and event-generated sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Engaging with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and vehicle requirements, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable BMW or MINI.
Responding to digital enquiries through the Carwow and CRM platforms within agreed service level targets
Gathering and accurately recording customer information and enquiries within the DMS system.
Work with the relevant manager to allocate enquiries to Sales Executives
Connect customers with the appropriate sales executive
Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, including test drives
Stay up to date with our product BMW & MINI range, including new technologies and competitors, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customer
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers’ expectations are exceeded
YOUR PROFILE.
Previous experience in a sales, customer service or call centre environment ideally advising on products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
SALARY AND HOURS.
Basic salary of £16,848 with a competitive OTE of £19,848 per annum
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday with times variable ranging from 8.00am–5.00pm, 9.00am–6.00pm with unpaid hour for lunch (24 hours per week).
Sundays (10.00am–4.00pm) and Bank Holidays worked on a rota basis, paid as additional hours or taken as time off in lieu.
The role is office-based work environment.
