THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Greeting and welcoming all customers and visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous manner

• Assisting customers on arrival and directing them to the relevant department or team member

• Supporting customer check-in and check-out processes where required

• Maintaining a strong awareness of BMW & MINI products, services, and customer experience standards

• Managing the customer waiting area, ensuring visitors are kept informed, offered refreshments, and remain comfortable throughout their visit

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and presentable reception, coffee station, and customer lounge area

• Providing administrative support and completing general reception duties accurately and efficiently

• Working closely with colleagues across Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, retail, reception, leisure, or a premium service environment would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, professional, and approachable manner

• Able to multitask and remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.

• Basic salary of £2,985.84 per annum (12.76 per hour)

• Saturday: 8.00am to 12.30pm. Additional hours may be available. Any additional hours worked will be paid as overtime.
