THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Preparing payments and ensuring all supporting paperwork is accurate and complete

• Supporting Car Auction administration, including invoice posting and allocation

• Processing Road Fund Licence data and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with purchase ledger administration, including scanning, processing invoices and allocating manufacturer accounts

• Maintaining and accurately recording Motability costs within the system

• Supporting company accident claims, month-end administration and general finance duties as required

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous administration experience would be desirable, although candidates looking to develop their experience within an accounts environment are encouraged to apply

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment

• Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team

SALARY AND HOURS.

• Basic salary of £23,223.20 per annum

• Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
